I would like to take this opportunity to repeat my recommendations for two sites:
Neil Gaiman’s blog is regularly though-provoking (in at least a “hmmmm.….” kind of way), often informative, more often than not amusing and always a good read. (Mom, what do you think of this one of Neil’s Christmas presents?)
Monoki, like Zefrank and Home Star Runner (aka “the Strongbad page”), is, for me, a constant source of mental fodder (usually stuff that makes one giggle or seethe) — it gets great blog smilage. For instance, today I found there
- Bert and Bud’s Vintage Coffins
- National Park Service idiocy
- crappy Christmas lights
- a crappy present idea
- Papal approval of Mel’s movie
- a year-end list collection
- the aging hypocrite test
- the brick testament (lego bible study)
- the metrosexual quiz
- hardcore cross stitch kits (with one especially for syndromes)
- and most importantly, an emergency manual for when there is no internet access
Add them to your “Now where do I go” list, right above bored.com. You won’t be sorry.

Hah! Chiyo-snatch?? ;) Pussy got me dizzay indeed…
And indeed, I am a metrosexual :)
