MoonTorrent?

I continue to be innundated with requests for my mp3 of “Moondust” by Terry Black (thanks, Syndromes!) from the movie, Meatballs. I often have problems emailing it, though, due to size constraints, etc. I wonder how hard it is to set up a torrent? For as much as I use the technology to receive files, I am woefully ignorant of its actual mechanics. Anyone?
