Tonight, while dri­ving home from a friend’s house after a lovely evening of din­ner, dogs and con­ver­sa­tion, D was finally able to put into words our dis­sat­is­fac­tion with the char­ac­ter of Cap­tain Jack in Torch­wood as opposed to Cap­tain Jack from Dr. Who:
